I like to plan thematically across all subjects which helps when integrating Aistear also.
Topics such as the Garden Centre and the can link across the majority of subjects in the infants curriculum. In my mash.ie store I have my Aistear plans for each term. I also have yearly plans for History, Geography and Science which link directly with my termly Aistear plans. The integration of Aistear within the English curriculum can be seen from oral language activities to free writing activities in my English yearly plan also.
